When you arrive at Giant in the morning or afternoon, you discuss the day with your colleagues. This while enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the canteen. If it is time, you walk to your department and you will be told by the team leader what the targets for today are. Everyone has their own place and task on the line. For example, you make sure the electric motor is installed and your neighbor makes sure the brake cables are pulled! All this happens at a fast tempo, so it is important that you do your job well so the line can keep running! Together you ensure that the most beautiful and newest Giant bikes can go to the customer, how cool is that!
